New Media Design, the company that produces the eyeForDesignNetwork, is committed to protecting your privacy. The following states the information practices for the family of New Media Design sites, which includes New Media Design, the eyeForDesign Network, and Game Greetings websites.
The information we collect through our order forms and contact pages may include your name, company name (if applicable), telephone number, order history, credit card number, expiration date, mailing address, email addresses, and comments. We use this information to process your orders, answer questions, and incorporate your suggestions into our services or products to make them better. New Media Design DOES NOT sell, trade, or rent any of this information to anyone else. All the information we collect from you remains protected and private within our own database system. On the Game Greetings website, we also collect the email address of the person who is receiving the card you are buying for them. This allows us to process and fulfill your orders.
Occasionally, we may email you or the customers who have received our cards information about new Game Greetings or eyeForDesign products or services. However, anyone who receives such emails always has the option to refuse any future notices by sending us an email with REMOVE in the subject line. This remove option is stated in all emails we send out.

Access or Correct Your Information
At any time, you may access or correct the personally identifiable information that we maintain by emailing a Customer Information request. For information submitted to New Media Design, please write to: customerinfo@nm-design.com. You can also contact us with questions or submit a Customer Information request by calling (609) 239-9344. You can ask that such information be corrected with a request that credibly shows error. To protect your privacy and security, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections to your records.
